Each AFO family is a part of the AFO community. AFO families live together in an AFO community, forming a supportive environment where children enjoy a happy childhood. The families share experiences and offer one another a helping hand.The AFO Director together with the Educational and Developmental staff support the well being of AFO families and the children’s development The Director has the overall responsibility for implementing and monitoring of all AFO processes in order to ensure standards remain high whilst achieving economies of scale. |
